Return and Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In case items purchased are defective, or damaged or if the customer has received the wrong item, then the shipping cost will be reimbursed by us but in case the products are in fine condition and the customer wants to exchange them with other products or wants to return to get refund then the customer will pay the shipping cost. 

Please note we do not refund payments in cash or bank transfer if a customer wants a refund and does not wish to purchase any product. The refund will be processed as store credit and can be used anytime to buy any product in the future.
